This Privacy Policy explains how Astatech Ltd processes personal data when you visit the Astatech website, use the Astatech Claim Portal or Staking Portal, connect a digital-asset wallet, or contact us. It also explains the privacy implications of public-blockchain activity.

This Privacy Policy applies to the following services, together referred to as the "Services":
The Claim Portal is a wallet-based interface through which eligible token holders and allocation participants can view their DGMA balance and available claim allocation and access applicable eligibility, vesting and claim functions.
The Staking Portal is a wallet-based interface through which eligible DGMA token holders can view their DGMA balance and access applicable staking functions.
The Claim and Staking Portals do not require account registration and do not collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, postal addresses or KYC documents through their interfaces. Information voluntarily provided when contacting Astatech is processed as described under Communications below.
Third-party wallets, block explorers and other third-party websites or services linked from the Services are governed by their own privacy notices.
Depending on how you interact with the Services, Astatech may process the following categories of personal data.
A public wallet address and public-blockchain activity may constitute personal data when linked, directly or indirectly, to an identifiable individual.
Astatech does not receive or require your private key or wallet recovery phrase. Astatech will never ask you to disclose either.

To prepare a blockchain transaction or message for review in the user's wallet. The user may approve or reject the requested action through the wallet.
To protect the Services and their users, detect and investigate technical problems, attempted misuse, fraud or security incidents and protect Astatech's legal rights.
The applicable legal grounds may include compliance with legal and security obligations and Astatech's legitimate interests in protecting the Services, users and legal rights.
To provide support, investigate enquiries and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
The applicable legal grounds may include Astatech's legitimate interests, applicable contractual obligations, consent where required and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
To comply with applicable legal obligations, court orders and valid requests from authorised public authorities.
Where non-essential analytics, advertising or similar technologies are used and applicable law requires consent, they will be activated only after valid consent has been obtained.
Astatech processes personal data only where permitted by applicable law. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
A wallet address is pseudonymous, but it may constitute personal data when linked to an individual.
Public-blockchain transactions and smart-contract events are replicated across a distributed network and are generally visible permanently. Astatech cannot control, amend or erase information that has been confirmed on a public blockchain.
Disconnecting a wallet from the Services does not remove previously confirmed blockchain transactions.
Before approving a blockchain transaction, you should verify the network, destination contract, requested function and transaction details displayed by your wallet.
Depending on the function and wallet provider selected, the Services or the selected wallet-connection provider may store essential technical values using cookies, local storage, session storage, IndexedDB or similar browser storage.

When you approve and submit a blockchain transaction, the wallet address, transaction details and resulting smart-contract events become available to participants in the relevant public blockchain network.
Third-party wallets and infrastructure providers may process information under their own privacy notices.
Astatech is incorporated in Seychelles. Service providers and users may be located in other countries, and public blockchains operate through globally distributed participants. Personal data may therefore be processed outside the country in which you are located.
Astatech will make restricted international transfers only where permitted by applicable law, including where an adequate level of protection or another lawful safeguard applies.
Astatech retains off-chain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was processed.

Public-blockchain records may remain publicly available permanently and generally cannot be deleted by Astatech.
Astatech uses technical and organisational measures intended to manage the risk of unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction of personal data.
Access to off-chain personal data is intended to be limited to persons and providers that require access for an authorised purpose.
No internet, wallet or blockchain service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, device, private keys and recovery phrase.
Subject to the Seychelles Data Protection Act, 2023 (Act 24 of 2023) and any other applicable law, you may ask Astatech to:
Astatech may request information reasonably necessary to verify that a request has been made by the data subject or an authorised representative.
Astatech will not ask you to provide a private key or wallet recovery phrase when verifying a privacy request.
Rights relating to off-chain records do not enable Astatech to alter or delete information recorded on a public blockchain.

The Services are not intended for anyone under 18 years of age.
If you believe that a person under 18 has provided personal data to Astatech, contact sign@astatech.io so that Astatech can investigate and delete applicable off-chain information where appropriate and legally permitted.
Astatech may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in applicable law, the Services, service providers or processing practices.
The updated version will be published through the Services and the "Last updated" date will be changed. Where appropriate, Astatech will provide a more prominent notice before a material change takes effect.
